The Oaktree House Hotel - Shimla

The hotel had fantastic views, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had high-quality fittings. the location was perfect as it was away from the chaos but still close to the city center.

It was all superb.

Nestled in a serene location, the hotel offers breathtaking views and impeccable cleanliness to its guests. the staff is courteous and attentive, always going the extra mile to make sure your stay is comfortable. the rooms are spacious, well-furnished and equipped with high-quality bathroom fittings, making it a relaxing and inviting space after a day of exploring.

The hotel lacks ambience, perhaps due to the sterile decor.

Spent Easter at this hotel and it was a great experience. The staff was very welcoming and attentive to our needs. The location is perfect, close to the main attractions and easy to find. The rooms were clean, nicely furnished and had a cozy feeling that immediately made us feel at home. We enjoyed the amazing view from the balcony and the delicious food served in the dining area. the best aspects were the excellent service, the convenient location, and the cozy atmosphere of the hotel.

We did notice some minor things that could be improved. The room was a bit cold and the aircon was not working properly, but luckily we managed to get an extra heater for warmth.

The hotel was located in a convenient area with easy access to nearby attractions. the complimentary breakfast and room cleanliness were exceptional. the staff were helpful and their service was prompt and attentive.

Despite the excellent service, the noise levels during the nightly entertainment were highly disruptive. the hotel decor felt outdated and dull.

Perfect rooms, great location near the mall, helpful and polite staff, reasonable pricing, fine view from the balcony, clean and peaceful hotel.

Nothing that I didn't like.
